Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

These terms govern the use of the website, the waitlist, the mobile app and the Tinajon Pro device (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Waitlist and pre-sale

Signing up for the waitlist does not imply any purchase commitment or automatic charge. We'll notify you by email when Tinajon Pro is available. The prices, availability dates and product features described on the site are informational and may change before the final launch.

2. Use of the app and the account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. You must not use the Service for illegal purposes or attempt to access devices or accounts that don't belong to you. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Device installation

The Tinajon Pro controller runs on direct line voltage (110V or 220V) and must be installed following the included guide. We strongly recommend that the electrical installation be performed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with local electrical codes. Tinajon Pro is not responsible for damage to the equipment, the electrical installation, the water pump, or third parties resulting from incorrect installation, improper electrical connection, or failure to follow the installation instructions.

4. Hardware warranty

The Tinajon Pro device carries a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper handling, exposure to environmental conditions outside specifications (extreme humidity, power surges, etc.), or normal wear of components such as the ultrasonic sensor.

5. System operation

Tinajon Pro is designed to automate the filling of water tanks and reduce risks such as the pump running dry. However, no automatic system is foolproof. We recommend periodic checks of the sensor, connections and overall operation of the unit, as indicated in the FAQ. Tinajon Pro is not responsible for damage resulting from sensor failures, power outages, loss of connectivity, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Cloud and Telegram features

The cloud features (remote history, control away from home, Telegram notifications) are optional and depend on the availability of internet and third-party services such as Telegram. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of these optional services, although local control of the device does not depend on them.

7. Intellectual property

The Tinajon Pro name, the logo, the app software, the device firmware and the website content are the property of Tinajon Pro or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, modify or distribute these elements without prior authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tinajon Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including water loss, property damage, or supply interruptions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a visible notice in the app or the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

10. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, write to us at contacto@tinajonpro.com.
