At Tinajon Pro we take our users' privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. By using our website, the mobile app, or the Tinajon Pro device, you accept the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Tinajon Pro, we may collect:

• Waitlist data: name (optional), email address and country, when you sign up for the waitlist.
• Account data: name, email address and encrypted password, if you create an account in the mobile app.
• Device data: tank level, pump status, system events (on, off, alerts) and configuration data (thresholds, operating mode), only if you enable the optional cloud features.
• Telegram data: if you link the @TinajonBot bot, we receive your Telegram user ID so we can send you notifications and respond to your questions.
• Basic technical data: device type, app version and error logs, for diagnostics and service improvement.

2. How we use your information

• To notify you when Tinajon Pro is available (waitlist).
• To give you access to your account and the app's features.
• To show your device's history and enable remote control, if you enabled the cloud.
• To send you Telegram alerts when you request them (low level, pump on, errors).
• To respond to your support questions.
• To improve the security and operation of the product.

3. Working without the cloud

Local control of your device (viewing the tank level, turning the pump on or off, changing modes) works directly between your phone and the controller, within your local network — without that information passing through our servers. We only collect data if you voluntarily enable the optional cloud features (remote history, control away from home, Telegram alerts).

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers that host our servers and databases, under confidentiality agreements.
• Telegram, solely to deliver the notifications you requested through the bot.
• Authorities, only when explicitly required by law.

5. Data security

We apply reasonable technical measures — encryption in transit, hashed passwords and restricted access to our databases — to protect your information. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to keep your data secure.

6. Your rights

At any time you can:

• Request access to the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Unsubscribe from the waitlist or from Telegram notifications at any time.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you have an active account or are on the waitlist. If you request deletion of your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal obligations.
